IOS 13.6.1 Captive portal issue

Hi

After upgrading iphone to ios 13.6.1 I have problem with connecting iphone to WiFi with hotspot (captive portal) enabled. after phone connected to wifi login page does not popup and phone do nothing.

Captive portal is running on mikrotik router with hotspot enabled on open wifi interface.
