iPod nano (7th) not syncing on M1 MBA with 13.2 Ventura - AMPDevicesAgent crashing Hey there, I've been trying to sync my iPod nano 7th generation to my MacBook Air M1 with macOS 13.2 Ventura. It first didn't work, the iPod had been synced to a different device previously so I decided to Recover it and start over. The Finder keeps getting stuck in trying to recover the iPod even after rebooting both devices. The iPod got stuck and I had to long-press the lock and home button in order for it to reboot and boot into recovery mode. Now the only option is for the finder to recover it. I get an error message that "AMPDevicesAgent quit unexpectedly". I looked in the Console and saw, that it must have crashed every time I tried to sync the iPod. When I try to launch the agent manually again, it crashes instantly. /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AMPDevices.framework/Versions/A/Support/AMPDevicesAgent The iPod is connected directly via a lightning to USB-C cable to the MacBook Air. iPod connecting with iTunes I received a replacement iPod about 6 months ago from my local Apple store. iTunes will not recognize it. As soon as I plug it in a screen pops up reading it like a storage drive. Any ideas about what is going on?
