You need to have a Credit history for Goldman Sachs to review before they'll approve the Apple Card for you, which means a steady income, and more importantly a Social Security number.
You may not be able to get the card until such time as you are a legal resident not a student, and you have the required information for them and have generated a Credit History that qualifies you for the Card.
At this time even if you could apply, Goldman Sachs will likely decline you.

- Be 18 years or older, depending on where you live.
- Be a U.S. citizen or a lawful U.S. resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that is not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address.
- Own a compatible iPhone with the latest iOS version.1
- Use two-factor authentication with your Apple ID.
- Sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID.

- You might need to verify your identity with a Driver license or State-issued photo ID.
