That's very strange. Your Mac may have the wrong EFI firmware installed. You should get in touch with your seller immediately.
How strange. That looks like the setup assistant for a Magic Mouse, which is only supposed to appear when setting up an iMac.. not a MacBook. Is this the first time you are setting up your Mac? Yes for first time i am setting up my mac, already tried all the option for the bootup, also tried the option which you have sent via link, but again the same the issue.
