MacBook Air won't boot up
MacBook Air won't boot up completely. Option Command R doesn't do anything. Peripherals are disconnected.

If it won't turn on at all, follow If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support.
Option Command R doesn't do anything.
That startup key chord is for Intel Macs. Are you certain yours is one of them? Mac computers with Apple silicon - Apple Support uses a different technique.
