Are there limitations on AppleTV app on windows 10? I cannot find a movie menu when I logon using the App.

There is no Apple TV app for Windows.

Windows user may access Apple TV+ through the browser at tv.apple.com.

Apple TV+ is different from the Apple TV app, as the Apple TV app holds Apple TV+ and several other services.

Apple TV+ is the streaming channel featuring Apple Originals. All the available content through the site, is presented on the home page.
