Can I get sound in a screen recording after the fact?

I just recorded my screen on a once in a lifetime FaceTime conversation but apparently the mic was not on so the video has no sound. Is there a way to enable the sounds after the fact?

FaceTime screen recording I was recording an interview that took place on FaceTime using screen recording. I didn’t realize I had to turn on the microphone within the screen recording setting. Is there any way to recover this audio?
