Downloading apps

So I have been trying to download apps. And it keeps saying your Apple ID has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. I’ve checked my cards nothing wrong with them so please help me!

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
