Unable to Cancel Apple Music Subscription

I followed instructions in other postings, but nothing works. From my phone, nothing happens when I press "Cancel Free Trail". My subscription still states renewal for Aug 10th. From my laptop, an error appears when I press "Cancel Free Trail" (see below). And, within my online account, I cannot find anywhere to manage subscriptions.

I'd contact through this page (Billing and Subscriptions). If given the option of having Apple call you back, take it, they are great about returning your call):
