I was wondering if you’re able to use Adobe photoshop on the new iPad Pro. I would love to edit photos with the iPad and the pencil

Yes it is available and yes you can use the Apple Pencil.

Yes there is, but it is NOT the complete version of Photoshop as you know it on a Mac or PC.
