smart keyboard folio 4th generation keys not working
I bought the ipad pro 12.9 4th generation in May, along with this keyboard. The keyboard worked for about a month and then stopped. Thanks to apple care I eventualy brought it in and they replaced it. Literally just took it out of the case today and hooked it up - same issue - keys don't work. I've updated the OS. I've wiped the connecting spots clean (both are brand new because I also already had the ipad replaced a couple weeks ago after it stopped charging). I've shut down and restarted the ipad. Nothing works. I've never been so disappointed in these apple products. It's looking like another 30 minute drive to the apple store - but I'm hoping there's a simple fix.
