I found a lot of useful replies on how to resolve this issue, from an extreme approach of reset to factory setting to just ensure that your network on your other apply devices and Apple TV is the same. there was one useful reply from lukasz32.. I give him the credit. it works. to resolve this issue, ensure that your Home App is installed on your device. it worked will to resolve my issue.
