Camera and face id is not working

I was using my iphone xs and suddenly the camera and face id stopped working i have restarted the phone several times and even reset to factory data still the camera and face id is not working.

Face ID iPhone X iPhone X. My Face ID has stopped working. All updates have been done and I have factory reset the phone. The camera drifts in and out of focus and won’t capture my face. The camera works fine when just in camera mode. Why is it not working for Face ID??

Face ID not working my Face ID is not working. I have reset the Face ID five times and tried restarting my phone before and after doing this but it is still not working. Nothing is blocking the camera, the camera is clean. It sure what else to do! Please help!
