Controller assignments are being opened when pressing keys on midi controller.

I have a Keystation mini 32, and was attempting to remap the keys in Logic Pro X but in doing so I must have accidentally mapped "open controller assignments" to keys C2 and C#2. I have tried resetting assignments and preferences. The only thing that fixes it is bypassing all control surfaces.

Also is it possible to change C2 to C1 on a midi controller?
