Yes sir this watch is gifted by my brother and my Brother is out off country I have create Apple account in this watch but I forget my password so please sir help me how to start my watch please sir tell me any step ??

If your watch is activation locked then you need to contact the person that you bought the watch off and ask them to follow these steps;

Remove activation lock

You can't remove it,the person that you bought the watch from is the only person that can remove the lock.

You cannot start it while it is activation locked.
