Compatibility TV
I have a question about the Apple Tv. I would like to connect the Apple Tv to a monitor, not a TV. Is this possible or does the Apple Tv necessarily have to be connected to a TV?

The Apple TV will have to be connected to “a TV or other display with an HDMI port”. This HDMI signal normally includes audio to be processed by the TV or monitor or passed through to other audio equipment. Many monitors do not have audio options, so take that into consideration.
