Display is stuck on grayscale; noir?. Tried Accessibility>Display>Color Filter and unswitched grayscale, to no avail. Updated to 13.6.
Tried unswitching grayscale, switching color filters off, no change.
Tried going to Color Tint, but none of the tint elections respond to tapping.
Please help; I need colored images back in my life!

We understand from your question that your phone is stuck with black and white coloring. We can certainly help you with this!
We would recommend going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Display Accommodations and turn off color filters, then restarting your device.
