App Cancelation

Hello I had an app on my phone that is not being used but today I was charged and today I also canceled the free trial on the app. Can I get assistance with this billing issue?

If you cancelled it less than 24 hours before it was set to renew, it would still charge you.


You can contact iTunes Billing directly to see if they can refund the charge: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
