Every time someone calls me (also FaceTime) my AirPods disconnect right after I answer. Why does this happen and how can I fix this ? It's really annoying to reconnect my AirPods every time I answer a call.

From reading your post, your AirPods are disconnecting when ever you answer a call. We'd like to help. How are you answering the calls? Are you using the iPhone or using the AirPods? Make and answer calls with AirPods on iPhone
