Add Cellular Plan not available under Cellular (iPhone 11 Pro)

I have a SIM for Verizon and use the eSIM for AT&T. I started to get a SIM failure and no AT&T service and then saw that AT&T does not show up as a second line. The option to Add a Cellular plan is no longer available.

Also under General > About, there's no carrier or network service and the ICCID number is no longer listed for the eSIM.

My Verizon service is still working with no reception issues.

Thoughts?

You are correct. You should have the eSIM section active on your iPhone 11 Pro however now, for some reason, you are not.

I recommend that you Force ReStart your iPhone and see whether that resolves the issue as shown below-

How to Force Restart your iPhone:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If the above does not work then try resetting your network settings by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings.

If that does not work either then please contact ➔ Apple Support
