Stuck on "Enter iPhone Passcode"

I'm trying to find an answer here.

Apple support directed me to restore my iPhone. I did and after waiting an hour and half I'm at "ENTER iPHONE PASSCODE."

I've entered and it's been frozen for 30 minutes.

I've tried to search for an answer but I find people asking about this but no answer.

WHAT IS THE ANSWER TO FIX THIS? And don't tell me to remove an apple id - I can't get to that screen to do that.

Please tell me how to move on from this screen.

Very frustrated here!
