Verification

I’m having trouble paying for my Apple Music because it keeps on telling me to verify my payment method, and then when I get to that screen it won’t let me do anything .

Do you definitely have a payment method on file which is

  • An accepted card
  • It has not expired
  • All details are correct including billing address, account name, card number etc
