I’m having trouble paying for my Apple Music because it keeps on telling me to verify my payment method, and then when I get to that screen it won’t let me do anything .

Do you definitely have a payment method on file which is

An accepted card
It has not expired
All details are correct including billing address, account name, card number etc

Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods – Apple Support
