My iPad is 16gb and I have used up all the space and now I cannot update my iPad,I need to buy space but the challenge am facing is that anytime I try to buy space with,y new debit card it turns down my transaction,please can you advise on how to correct this challenge? Thank you

Renting iCloud storage space does not add space to your iPad. If you have insufficient space, you will need to delete or move existing content.
i have deleted most of the stuff i have on the ipad already and cannot afford to delete the ones i have there already.do you u mean i move those info to cloud?
You can not move info to the cloud. The iCloud service is merely for syncing and backup. If you delete something from your iPad, it will disappear from the cloud.
