Record shop charge?

I have recently been charged twice in the past month without my knowledge. I am using an apple rewards card not linked to my phone or itunes account. It says the bill is from apple.com/bill, merchant shop. I only use this card to pay for apple care every month, and I have not shown this card voluntarily to anyone. I've contacted Apple Support about this issue, but they haven't gotten back to me on the situation yet. Has anyone else encountered this/know how to fix it?
