Unathorized charge

I have one subscription that I pay for on my iPhone and it’s not even every month it’s just sporadically geocaching I went to do that today as soon as I have put any money on my card a card that is not linked to my Apple wallet while I also have zero active subscriptions it was not 60 to 90 seconds. After I enter my card information I was charged almost $14. 1398 to be exact from Apple. It does not tell me why I did not get a receipt from Apple telling me which app or subscription that I was charged for. How do I fix this? Who do I contact

If you're sure that the charge comes from Apple (check your bank statement very carefully, ignoring scam messages that might be addressed to your iPhone), start reading this support page:--> Subscriptions and Billing – Official Apple Support, and check each of the first 3-4 sections.


If you cannot find the information you were looking for, please contact iTunes Store Support Team directly and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> Apple Support
