iPhone microphone

Hey guys, my iPhone microphone doesn’t seem to be working well, on calls others can’t hear my very well and whilst recording videos it just sounds really windy so I think that’s probably what they hear. Can anyone please help me how to fix it?

iPhone 8, iOS 13
