Account Management is Restricted:

You need to cancel it by logging in to the Apple Account that this was purchased in. You cannot cancel this in a different Apple Account. To cancel it, go here in your other account: See or Cancel your Subscriptions - Apple Support

Account Management is Restricted:

Two Thoughts:


  • No Need to Create Another Account:

Why did you create another Apple Account? Apple Accounts cannot be merged. So, if you have cancelled the Apple Account this iPhone is assigned to, then it cannot be cancelled on the iPhone.


  • Keep that Apple Account - Modify Credentials:

So, use that account, and secure your credentials. What to consider performing:

You won't be able to cancel the subscription in the usual way since you are using a new Apple ID. You need to contact Apple support.
