iPad not supporting netflix

I have an older iPad that has the Netflix app. I used to be able to watch Netflix on it but now I cannot. I can see all my profiles and lists but there is a playback error. Says my iPad cannot support latest version of Netflix. How can subscribers use Netflix on any version of iPad?

You may need to purchase a new, refurbished or much, MUCH “newer” ( read used ) iPad.

Your 8 or 9-year old iPad is too old now.

These 8 and 9-year old iPads cannot get any more older, compatible apps from the Apple iOS App Store, any longer AND these old 8 and 9-year old iPads will be very, VERY SOON be fully obsolete by the end of 2020!
