iPad Air 3rd Gen won’t update

I recently bought the newest iPad Air through Verizon. I tried to download procreate and it said I needed to update in order to install it. It has been “updating” for almost two days now. I’ve tried restarting, trying different WiFi connections, airplane mode and restart, I also tried to go to iPad storage to stop the download but it doesn’t even show the update to delete it. It still says “estimating time remaining...”. And “update requested...”
