Not enough space to update watch

i have deleted everything i can and i still dont have enough space to update my apple watch. help!

How do o free up space on my Apple Watch? My watch will not allow me to install the update due to needing more space. I hardly have anything installed on my watch. Any ideas how to free up space?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files and also re-indexes the file system freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.
