Sorry I did not express my Adobe concerns properly: Adobe does support their app but evidently (at least three reps) did not determine exactly what I was asking. I'll keep trying.

I believe your question as asked here is a simple one. I am puzzled why Adobe can't answer it.


Even if volunteers here have experience with your issue, it's risky to provide you an "answer" which should come from the app's developer. We can be misunderstood, misquoted and frankly, wrong.
