I am receiving a message from 561-497-**** saying my icloud has been compromised and to press 1. is this legit?

To Emphasize on my above Reply:
Having the ability to see the Date & Time of the phone calls and texts is what is most important about submitting these screenshots. So, if they have been consistently reported, then it is more likely to get looked into.

Its a Scam - Report It - Submit Screenshots:
So, what you should do is take a screenshot of these phone number's information, and then send the screenshots off to Apple. Send it to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com. Include a description of these images, and point out whatever need be. Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
Since the scam artists always use fake or someone else's phone numbers, there is little to be gained by passing on those numbers or email addresses; if someone knows how, it is extremely easy to create any phone number or email address to your liking. And, they abandon them just as quickly.
This is a scam. Please block the number and do not hand over any personal information.
