That looks like a flash SMS message.

What were you doing when this happened?
Nothing. It popups after a few minutes.

No. apps and games only from App Store.

I don’t like to restore it. my device is newly updated to 13.6 and did a full “erase all content and settings”
They told me to wait 3-4 days
