Hardware issues on 14 months old macbook Air

My laptop screen turns complete white when I start the laptop. It is just 14/15 months old. A display or hardware issue at so early stage. That too in Apple product is surprising

It all, I need to read something on the screen, since the screen is totally white @power on nothing can be processed further. Tell me a way to get out of the white screen first
