Macbook Pro System Preferences keeps resetting every time I restart or Re-log.

Every time i re-log or restart my Macbook pro (it's updated to the newest version), my system preferences that i saved before reset to the default (All settings except wallpaper) . Does anyone know a fix or have the same problems?

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15

Quit Sys Prefs, delete this file & try again,,,


~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist


~ tilde indicates hidden Home Library.

Apple hid the Users' Library folders...


Method 1:

  1. From the Finder, select the Go menu at top of the screen, and choose Go to Folder.
  2. In the window that opens, enter ~/Library, and click Go.
