You might have used an Apple ID say example1@gmail.com , that can be deleted from web server using a Mac ( it stays for 90 days on the server ) after that it is erased permanently ( you have not signed out the Apple ID from iPhone ) , that account can be recovered using rescue mail address , using OTP code , that appears on trusted device ( if a single trusted device was added it doesn't matter a second device can be added in the mail account , conditions you must have active rescue mail address and its password ) that was set up with account .
Make sure you didn't erased the apple id from iCloud server https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208504
As if you did deletion of the account will start and the account will be erased from iCloud server after 30 days completely .
And in that case apple support will not guide / or their engineering team can't help .
However your primary mail account ( you used as a mail address using gmail domain ( it depends which mail services are used , and set up as Apple ID with iCloud domain ) can be recovered .
