Anyone else have this issue.

my volume bar sometimes flashes up on the screen when I try to play Apple Music the app crashes unless i have a Bluetooth Speaker connected.

my phone doesn’t ring/vibrate even though it’s all turned on.

ive backed up and erased all settings but I still have the same issue, my phone hasn’t got a scratch on it so I’m struggling to find any answers.

Hello Eli-humphreys.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see that the Music app is not working properly, as well the ringer/vibrate function. We will be glad to assist.

First, lets check for any available iOS updates: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Next, review this resource: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Additionally, we would recommend deleting and reinstalling the Music app:

Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch

Cheers.
