any ideas when i plug my iphone into my mac air to back up, doesn't show in finder,5 different apple support people can't solve! they just fob me off
Here is the thing Phil, Apple Support was unable to solve it over the phone. They had you try out several procedures however were unsuccessful. I would take their recommendation and that you have your computer examined at the Apple Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Center to determine the cause.

Hi, they dial in and try all sorts things ! all above my understanding.
They are saying i need to book an appointment at a genius bar because they can't resolve the issue.
