Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
If I have volume low in my 2019 GMC playing music from iPhone, that volume setting stays low when I disconnect. If I don’t manually turn volume back up, I don’t hear alarm go off or hear phone ring. The dealer says they’ve never heard of this issue. Any ideas on how to get iPhone volume to go back up to where it was before CarPlay takes over?

Please double check something -
Open Settings ➔ Sounds & Haptics ➔ Ringer & Alerts - Set this to the desired level and CHANGE WITH BUTTONS set to OFF.
