Why is my health app not tracking active energy and time

on my iPhone, my health app is tracking my steps but not my active energy (calories burned?) or my time walking. Therefore I’m not getting any credit for my 10,000 steps in my carb manager app.

iPhone X, iOS 13

Hello Ahg_,

Based on your post it sounds like the Health app isn't tracking your steps as expected. You're also not receiving credit for the steps taken in your third-party app Is that right? We're happy to assist.

How often does this seem to occur? Have you tested the issue with multiple workouts?

Does the issue continue after restarting the iPhone?

Restart your iPhone

Hey there Ahg_,

Thanks for keeping us updated. In iOS 13 you can track trends which will show you calories burned. When viewing the Activity app, tap Trends then tap the arrow in front of Move. The article below is a great resource. You can also submit any feedback you may have as well.
