Not playing audio to Bluetooth speaker

After I updated to iOS 13.6, my iPhone will no longer play audio to my car speakers over Bluetooth and instead plays audio out of the phone’s speakers. It does not offer my car as an audio output device. I can still control my phone from my car stereo-play, pause, next track, etc. I have unpaired and paired the devices several times to no avail.
