Cannot change the sound level of notification

Hi all,

I did this setting does: Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringer and Alerts > Change with Buttons.

When I change the sound level with the side buttons to the lowest, the media sound stops, but the notification from apps (such as Teams...) still very loud.

How can I change the setting for notification sound?

How to mute the notification sound?

Are there different steps to set: Ringer volume; Notification sound; Media volume....?
