Can't change calendar color any more

In the past I could change the color of my calendars on the iPhone (iOS 13) (I use one Exchange, and three CalDAV calendars). After having some trouble with the CalDAV calendars (iOS seems to store the events in a wired manner which leads to a 99% CPU usage on my server) I deleted all my CalDAV calendars and set them up again.

Since then I can't change the color of the calendars any more. It is really annoying since on my different devices any given calendar has a different color - nothing you can work with for a long time...

Any idea?

Hello patazul,

We like having our Calendars organized with different colors as well, so let's get this sorted for you.

You should be able to change the colors following the steps in this resource: Set up multiple calendars on iPhone

Take a look at these specific steps:

"Change a calendar’s color

Tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen.
Tap next to the calendar, then choose a color.
Tap Done.

For some calendar accounts, such as Google, the color is set by the server."
