I recently bought the base model MacBook Pro 2020 and have had some questions about the battery. I can't seem to find the mah of the battery anywhere online so I came here to ask how much mah my battery should be.
Coconutbattery says my design capacity is 5103 and my system report says my full charge capacity Is 5039, if anyone would be able to tell me theirs or what it should be that would mean a lot, Thanks.

Coconut Battery is correct and your battery is fine.
Thats fine as long as batt health is still at 100%. Have the base model too and it says my design capacity is at 5103 as well but before it shows that full charge capacity was 5160.
same thing/ problem here... I have my MBP 13" w/ 4 ports since April and have 40 battery cycles. Unfortunately "coconut battery" shows that I have 4617 mAh out of 5088 mAh which means that I have lost 10% of my battery health in a few months....
Folks, this is all normal behavior for a Li-based battery. As long as it stays about 80%, Apple considers it 'healthy'. FWIW, my 16" MBP bought 4 months ago is at 95% health and <10 cycles, my 2017 15" MBP is at 91% health after ~330 cycles, and my 2010 17" MBP is at 88% health after >750 cycles.
