How to delete a photo or video from all devices

Iphone and Mac Pro/Icloud?

I tried deleting photos/videos in the Icloud Chrome browser in the mac, but they came back.

I try deleting them in the photos or camera app in the iphone but they don’t delete everywhere.

Is there a place where I can delete a photo/video and it will be deleted forever from all apps, Iclouds... everywhere and don’t come back?

On an iPhone - Settings > Name > iCloud > turn off Photos.

On a Mac - System Preferences > Apple ID > turn off Photos.

After deleting from iCloud.com and already emptying the Recently Deleted folder, you will also need to turn off iCloud Photos thereafter.
