iphone 6s stuck in a bootloop

my iPhone 6s is stuck in like a bad boot loop it started when i downloaded ios 14 then this happen then i tried restoring it worked but while restoring i accidentally pulled the cable so now it says iTunes cannot connect to this iPhone i really hope i get back my iPhone i am using itunes on windows 10 running latest version

See this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263 you will need to perform a DFU restore.

You should be careful about running beta software on your primary device.

Also in the future, never pull the cable while installing a software upgrade from your mac.
