I've just updated my OS on my iMac and MacBook and now my mail isn’t sending on either. Spent an hour and a half on the phone to Apple support and they couldn’t figure it out and said it was a glitch with their software. He suggested I update again (!) which I did and still no resolution. ****** frustrated. Having to use my iPhone for all my emailing!

What happens when you try to use safari? Do you have internet access?
You mean icloud.com ? Does your email address ends with @icloud.com ?
Yep, done all that and the expert did too. He couldn’t figure it out and he could see my screen and did everything he knew. His only solution was to update again and try. I’m back to square one and I can’t even get on Safari now. Something is very wrong and I’m about to lose hope.
