How do I sync my Calendar on my iPhone 11Pro Max with my iPad and MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air, iPhone 6Plus and iPhone 11Pro Max. I want a calendar entry that I make on one device to appear on each device. Is this possible? Thanks

Yes. Which email client hosts your calendar? Make that email client available on all devices
