I received a Samsung wireless charger with I phone 10, stopped working after 1 months, small light on base blinks when plugged in. Help???

My Samsung wireless charger for my I phone 10 stopped working after about 10 months. When plugged in the charger has a light on the base that is yellowish in color and it blinks, however when I place the phone on the charger it does not charge. ??
